After finishing my teacher training, I worked in three primary schools during my fourteen year teaching career. I am heavily influenced by the Scandinavian approach to Early Years Education.

For the last 19 years I have been lucky enough to raise my four daughters. Now that my last has settled into school life, I decided it was time to set myself a new challenge and I was lucky enough to be welcomed into The Stables team, where I have been working since October 2016. In September 2018 I completed my level 3 NVQ in childcare and I’ve also completed a course to become a designated lead in the safeguarding of children. With a busy family life I don’t get much spare time but when I do, I love a good shopping trip and also socialising with my friends.
